Ozone Generator USA makes the best shock treatment ozone generators in the world, bar none! Why?
1) Price. Ozone Generator USA (manufacturer) makes these ozone generators with pride in the USA with only the best parts, warranty, design, and service then sell them for a modest mark-up. You'll find some vendors selling their ozone generators for more than the price of a used car! Ozone generators are pretty basic electronic components, they don't have an engine or transmission, and they shouldn't cost an arm and a leg!
2) Design. The manufacturer has been making ozone generators for over 7 years. At first, they sold units with a stainless steel cabinet and without a timer. The problem they discovered was that the many non-stainless steel screws and parts inside the unit would rest within a year and cause the unit to fail. (when used heavily) Next they produced a steel cabinet powder coated units with timers. They discovered over time that the many wires, switches, etc could cause problems which were easy for them to fix but mostly impossible for the end user to troubleshoot and fix if something went wrong. These problems inspired the current design which solved all of the problems. This new design features a solid oak cabinet that looks stylish but will also last a lifetime. The inside of the unit is stainless steel. The wires are placed inside an electrical box, overkill since this is a 110 watt electronic device, but a critical part of our new design. Ozone damages solder joints and wires over time. This unit uses non-solder wire connectors and place all of the wires and the 1 amp fuse - fuse holder inside of the electrical box. The ozone elements are non-solder as well. To replace, all you need is a screw driver. The transformer, if it ever fails, can be replaced by removing only one screw. Our one screw cover also makes it easy to clean the ozone element from time to time.
3) External Timer Option. We sell an an external wall timer with up to 48 daily settings for only $12. It can be set to turn on or remain off up to 48 times per day. Set it to turn on while you're not home or for a few minutes several times per hour to freshen the air in musty environments. For shock treatments, set it to run for 6-8 hours then turn off. We recommend you plug the unit into a "surge protector" with on-off switch and then plug the surge protector into an extension cord long enough to plug into an adjacent room (not being ozonated). This is optional. You can plug the unit (comes with an 8 ft cord) into the timer in the room that is being shocked. However, over time, the ozone will take years off the timers life.
4) Lifetime Warranty. The transformer is backed with a lifetime warranty. If it ever fails, just send back and we'll send you a new one free of charge! (plus shipping) Because there are no switches, mother boards, or timers to fail, and the wires are protected in a separate electrical box, there's nothing much that can go wrong with the OG-3600 except for a blown fuse (1 amp), a blown transformer, or a damaged or worn out ozone element. (rated for 10,000 hours). If the ozone element fails, replacements are only $15 plus $2 shipping.
RETURN POLICY: Commercial ozone generators rent for around $150 per week. For this reason, the OG-3600 only come with a 3 day money back guarantee minus a $20 a day restocking fee up to $60. (equivalent to renting the machine) It come with a 5 year warranty (excludes ozone element). If you would like to rent this unit from us, click here.
Most Popular Applications:
Shock
Treatments
Restoration contractors use high powered ozone generators to remove odors caused by fires, flooding, second hand smoke, sewage cleanup, etc from walls, furniture, carpets, etc. They are also used to kill molds (including toxic molds). Now you can afford to buy your own "shock treatment" ozone generator and do it yourself. (Note: Commercial ozone generators rent for more than $150 per week! You may be able to set-up your own mold kill business in your area with one of our commercial units. |

Pest Control
Some environmental friendly pest control companies are getting wise to the use of commercial ozone generators in lieu of pesticides to kill insects, especially in home with small children and pets. High levels of ozone kill dust mites, ticks, ants, cockroaches, even bed bugs! Unlike pesticides, ozone converts back into oxygen after it's done it's job and leaves behind no harmful by-products, only oxygen rich air (High oxygen environments very healthy!) after it converts from ozone
into oxygen after 30 minutes.

Remove Second Hand Smoke and Odors.
Smokers need ozone! Second hand smoke penetrates all surfaces and ruins them. Ozone oxidizes those harmful substances found in second hand smoke; even surfaces damaged by cigarette or cigar smoke. You don't have to smoke however to reap the benefits of this ozone generator. Simply passing through a smoky bar can saturate your clothing with second hand smoke. Ozone will remove the second hand smoke odors from clothing (actually oxidize them) which in turn can save you money on dry cleaning. Simply turn this ozone generator on in the closet with the smoky clothing and Presto! Clean, fresh smelling clothing. |

second hand smoke or VOC's. If ozone does not oxidize something
within 30-40 minutes however, it will revert back to
